Britain's Best Boss competition

Britain's Best Boss was launched in 2000 by Working Families to recognise individual bosses and line managers who take practical steps to help their staff balance their work and home lives.

Previous winners have come from a range of organisations, both large and small, and from all over the country. What they all have in common is the way they trust and bring out the best in their team. They understand individual needs and strengths and foster a flexible 'can do' culture.

Employees in every kind of organisation in the private, public and voluntary sector can nominate their boss and the competition provides them with the opportunity to thank their boss for being the best.

Entering the competition is free, and the winners and their nominators are invited to a prestigious celebratory awards ceremony.
