Kevin Coleman, Managing Director of Swift Construction GB in Surrey, is Best Boss 2001.

Kevin employs 10 on-site workers and 5 office staff in his company which carries out commercial interior refurbishment from concept to finished product. Swift is a successful business whose clients know that the company is flexible and family-friendly.

Kevin says "We're open 8 – 4.30 and our closing time is set in stone so everyone can see their kids and get in quality time at home. Clients accept our policy – of course there is an emergency number but we try to set clear boundaries – time at home with our families won't come back."
