of enlightened employment practices. Communicating the facts is
essential, through seminars
and other events.
We also run in-house training
sessions and open workshops, mapping the way forward for line
managers and HR professionals.
We do research into issues that directly affect employers. Click

We also bang the drum on behalf of employers who lead the way,
through our increasingly high profile Awards. Since 1990 we have
organised the Employer of
the Year Awards. This year, for the first time, we are making
regional as well as national awards for large, medium and small
organisations. Previous winners include Kings College Hospital,
Littlewoods and Lilly Industries.
In 2000 we inaugurated the Best
Boss Competition, aimed at individual managers.
