In collaboration with the helpline team, the Benefits Adviser will undertake advice and outreach work with families who work or are thinking about working. You will help to maximize income for families in different circumstances, and enable parents to gain a better understanding of the interaction of work and benefits. You will provide a consultancy service to other members of staff on benefits law and undertake research on any problematic maternity/family benefit enquiries.
