For over 20 years Working Families has significantly influenced the workplace, but there is still so much to do to make the world a fairer place for everybody.  In the years to come we hope to fulfill our aim to create family friendly workplaces everywhere, with the legislation to make that vision a reality.  

Until then, our helpline will be advising and coaching more and more low income parents who are still struggling every day to escape the poverty trap, hold on to their jobs and ensure their family is provided for.
