Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods or service you, the buyer have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days from after receipt of your order. Postage and packing charges for the return of these goods will be payable by you, the buyer. The charges will not be refunded by Working Families. If you receive goods which are damaged or incorrectly supplied you, please contact Working Families on 020 7253 7243 or by using the details found in the Contact Us page on our website.
