Working Families employer members are those who want to get the very best from their people by creating balanced and agile workplaces. Our members form a really engaged network of employers and we ensure that they are kept up-to-date with leading edge thinking and innovative practice.

The Working Families Benchmark

How does your organisation measure up when it comes to family-friendly working? The benchmark is a tool that helps you understand where your organisation is, and where it could be, in supporting parents and carers. By evaluating your policies and practices, the benchmark recognises the progressive measures in place and suggests opportunities to develop further, to enable your workforce to thrive and your organisation be where the best want to work.
