Chwarae Teg offers a comprehensive approach to flexible working including flexi time, opportunities for compressed hours and flexi place working where the emphasis is always on the quality of work and not when or where the work is done.  Annual leave is calculated in hours, allowing employees the flexibility to take their leave in hourly chunks which can be used for things like watching a school play for example. Chwarae Teg’s attitude to flexibility is that anything is possible, and the success of their flexibility policies have been measured in terms of improved recruitment, morale, engagement and performance.
