AIG promoted Go Home On Time Day and a Digital Detox Weekend for staff on their intranet. They ran a ‘lunch and learn’ seminar on ‘A Formula for Work Life Equity.

Barclays – their Working Families network hosted work life month and a series of webinars and events across the UK. Colleagues held ‘buzz chats’ (a real time internal online conversation) on dynamic working. Barclaycard promoted Go Home on Time day. They held line manager clinics on dynamic working and on supporting new mums and dads. Read more about Barclays.

Brunel University promoted their flexible working and shared parental leave policies on the weekly Vice Chancellor’s newsletter and provided links to the videos recommended by Working Families.

Centrica launched their HitReturn ‘returnship’ programme.

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust – held onsite massages, mindfulness sessions across both main sites. They held benefits roadshows and sent out information on stress, carers’ resources, and healthy recipes. They sent out a ‘living room workout’ which a local gym created for them. They supported Go Home on Time Day and Flexible Friday.

Deloitte hosted the National Work Life Week launch conference.

Direct Line Group had a training workshop for line managers about communicating with their staff and how to create an open relationship with staff. They also took part in Go Home on Time Day and Flexible Friday.

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust – the week was supported by their Work Life Ambassador and other senior managers. They promoted their award-winning staff health and wellbeing programme, mental wellbeing training and package of supportive benefits. They encouraged staff to support colleagues to take their breaks and asked teams to make pledges to go home on time. They showcased examples of flexible working and top tips on how to get the best out of your day.

Lloyds launched a big campaign to raise awareness during the week.

Ministry of Justice organised a pop up event called ‘The way we Work’ and they promoted Go Home On Time Day and Flexible Friday and Working Families videos.

National Assembly for Wales had a Lunch Time Walk, a learning portal offering stress-busting tips, meditation, and a course on the Top 10 Employment Issues which was for line managers. Read more about the National Assembly for Wales.
